Dawn DAWG Minutes for 8 May 2014

General:
    - Meeting time - All teams have consented to the time change. Future
      Dawn DAWG meetings will be at 0730 Pacific / 0830 Mountain / 1630 
Central
      European time)


VIR:
    - Giardino has delivered an updated version of the VIR Calibration
      document, and solar spectrum file labels.
*      o  Neese will review the updated files to verify that they are 
adequate
           to clarify the content of the solar spectrum files.
    - VIR plans to provide mineralogical maps which have been published 
by the
      VIR team to the archive in JPEG image format.
        o  JPEG is not an acceptable format for data products, but the 
images
           could be archived as documents.
*      o  Giardino will provide access to the images and Neese will look at
           options for archiving them.


Gravity:
    - Issues regarding 'missing' gravity products have been resolved:
        o  Mesosphere file not a standard gravity product. Weather file
           provided instead.
        o  DSN coverage information provided in ODF files will replace 
the 'DSN
           Configuration file' specified in the OIA.
        o  Solar array attitude kernels are archived together with the
           spacecraft attitude files at the NAIF node. This is documented in
           the AAREADME.TXT.
        o  S. Joy has generated transponder selection file and label.
*  - There are PDS standards issues with some of the gravity data 
labels. Mafi
      will provide a list of issues to Buccino.
    - Mafi is in the process of generating 'clean HTML' versions of the 
gravity
      documents.


GRaND:
    - Neese will review the revised GRaND SIS send out by Mafi (email, 6 May
      2014) and will provide comments.
