Hi All, 



I am planning to submit a bulk registration payment for the AGU Fall Meeting, as I have in past years. If you are attending, plan to fund the trip with a department account/grant, and would like to be included, please complete the attached form and return it to me by Friday, Oct 16 st . I will need some time to have the check processed and make sure they have received everything by the November 12 th early registration deadline. 



A couple of notes: 



1. We are only able to pay for the registration fees in advance. Nothing that involves meals - including luncheons, banquets, or receptions. If you wish to attend those functions, you will need to make a separate arrangement yourself, and seek reimbursement after the meeting. 

2. Please provide an account number/recharge ID to which you would like the fees to be charged along with the completed form.
