[IGPP Everyone] [EPSS Everyone] Phishing email over the weekend

Greetings,
  I have gotten several reports, and gotten the email myself, about a phishing email sent over the weekend.

Yes, the email with the subject line "Confirm" from an address in Brazil with the text identification of "IT Support & Helpdesk" is not a legitimate notification. Just a reminder that while this email contains a link to a form on jotform-dot-com, a legitimate UCLA notification of account issues will never contain a link to a form for you to fill out.
