Hello all,

Happy new year. This is a just a reminder for those of you who went to AGU last month: The deadline to submit your travel reimbursements is 40 calendar days from the end of your trip, as evidenced by the return date on your airline ticket. Therefore, if you returned right after the AGU ended on December 14, your deadline to submit is Wednesday, January 23.

If you submit your travel reimbursement late: You will need to write a business justification as to why you are submitting your travel reimbursement late. This will be submitted to UCLA Travel Accounting along with your reimbursement. Please note that these justifications are closely scrutinized by Travel Accounting. If you submit your travel reimbursement late you are risking not being reimbursed.
