[IGPP Everyone] IGPP e-mail outage

Starting Friday afternoon there was a routing problem with e-mail. It 
has been fixed.  Messages sent to you Friday afternoon till about 
Saturday morning are mostly likely lost.  Newer messages will likely 
find their way to you soon.  Anyone who sent you a message that doesn't 
get delivered will receive a notice from their e-mail system.

Very sorry for the trouble.
