[IGPP Everyone] This Wednesday 5/25 1:30pm: SPACE Institute Executive Director Candidate Presentation and Meetings: Thomas Berger (CU Boulder)

Dear UCLA Space Community, 


On behalf of Dean Garcia-Garibay and Professor Jacob Bortnik, we would like to invite you to meet with the candidates of the new Executive Director position at the SPACE Institute. 


Our first candidate, *Thomas Berger*, is the Director of Space Weather Technology, Research, and Education Center at the University of Colorado at Boulder ( website ). His campus visit will be held on * Wed 5/25*. 

Additionally we would like to invite you to Dr. Berger’s presentation on his vision for the SPACE Institute. This presentation will be held at 1:30pm in the JIFRESSE Conference Room. Please join us if you are able. The meeting will be hybrid on zoom and also recorded, but please try to join live to interact as much as possible.
