AGU US Early Career Basu Award

Dear colleagues,

Please, do not forget to nominate our outstanding early career scientists for the US Basu award. The deadline for nomination is fast approaching; April 15, 2016!

The U.S. Basu award honors young scientists who have demonstrated scientific success in studying the plasma physical processes that couple Earth's atmosphere to driving mechanisms in the magnetosphere, solar wind, and Sun.

Only US citizens and residents are eligible. Recent graduates, not more than 3 years from graduation, will be considered.

Lancaster University seeks to appoint a Lecturer in the Physics Department’s Space and Planetary Physics Group.  We welcome applications from individuals with research interest in the fields of planetary, exoplanetary and moon atmospheres and/or ionospheres, small solar system bodies (comets, asteroids, giant planet natural satellites, the Moon), atmosphere-magnetosphere/heliosphere interactions, or space plasma physics.
