I'm pleased to announce that that we got some funding from the Capital 
Contingency Allocation for the following:

  * 160m dipole repair (12AWG stranged, ceramic insulators, etc)
  * Guy line replacement (vinyl coated, turnbuckles, etc)
  * Tower pulley
  * Upgraded satellite rotor controller
  * New router


This process was started nearly three months ago, and many thanks to 
Chris, Kyle, and Jessica for pulling it off.
