[W6YRA] Repeater Net and HAB Update

Thanks to everyone who participated, the current best time for
everyone is *Wednesdays
at 6pm*. I'll probably head over to W6YRA a bit before then so if anyone
wants to sit in from the shack, feel free to stop by. If you didn't vote
yet, the poll isn't closed, so feel free to still vote in case this time
doesn't work or there is a different time you'd prefer.
