[W6YRA] End of Winter Quarter Announcements

I don't think there'll really be a meeting today, but I'll be in the shack
at 6pm if anyone wants to come by and program a radio, talk about APRS, etc.

Also, Ryan will be hosting another licensing class next quarter, trying to
get people both to Tech and General. I know a few ELFIN students are
interested. Please let us know if you're also interested so we can start
planning.
