[W6YRA] ham-friendly router suggestions

Bruin hams,

We toasted our 2nd RT-N16 wireless router while tuning up on HF. I'm
looking for a new model that is known to be ham-friendly (both in terms
of not radiating much, and being able to take some incoming abuse).
Preferably a metal chassis, AC power cord with the 3rd/ground conductor,
gigabit (so the RJ45 plugs can be grounded with Cat6 SFTP cable, I'll
probably throttle the speed down to minimize radiated interference),
etc. Of course, I'm also a fan on Tomato/DD-WRT/openWRT firmwares, so
that'd be a plus.

Any suggestions on what to look into (or what to avoid) would be
appreciated.

73,
NX1U
