[W6YRA] Joining the club

If that helps us sway Facilities, I'm not opposed, hi. But unless there
is something of strategic value on the roof of Boelter (and there *IS* a
lot of industrial-grade something up there), is there much the shack
could offer in an emergency situation? I understand that cell networks
go down and there's a pretty reasonable chance our outdated trunking
system could drop into permanent fail-safe, and I suspect facilities no
longer has a backup conventional repeater, but... wrapping a manager's
head around all that... 8*)
