[Dawn-DAWG] Dawn Ceres archive schedule (rev. 4 Jun 2015)

Hi Folks,

Here's an updated Ceres archive schedule. The dates in this version were 
based upon those shown in an 20 May 2015 presentation by Bob Mase 
(Dawn_PDS_Plan_150520.pptx). In this presentation the L-1A due dates are 
set at data acquisition + 2 months, due to the fact that reconstructed 
SPICE kernels are not available until approximately 1 month after then 
end of the phase. Note also that in most case the L-1B delivery dates 
have actually moved earlier than in the previous (2015-05-21) version.

Dates for the delivery of the data from the instrument teams to the DSC 
are set 2 weeks before the date that they are due to PDS. Due dates have 
been moved so as not to occur on weekends, however they do not take 
holidays into consideration (e.g. the L-1A HAMO delivery from the 
instrument teams to the DSC is scheduled for 26 Nov, the US Thanksgiving 
holiday). Teams should plan their actual deliveries accordingly
