This is just a reminder that we need all the help we can get to make 
this year's holiday party great.  We still need a lot of volunteers and 
theatrical and/or musical entertainment.  There is less than two weeks 
before the party, so please reply to me as soon as possible if you can

Hi Everyone!
That time of year is sneaking up on us again.  We will be having our 
annual Holiday Party on *December 12, 2014*, which is the Friday of 10th 
week and the Friday before AGU.  The food will be largely pot luck style 
as in the past, so we will need volunteers (and crockpots) to help 
prepare.  We will also need plenty of volunteers for setup, cleanup, and 
entertainment.  If you have a great idea for a sketch or you would like 
to give a musical performance, let us know!  Also, if you have any ideas 
for games or contests that you think we should include in the 
festivities then run that by us too!  Last but not least, we need 
someone to volunteer to MC the party.  You're welcome to be as simple or 
as extravagant as you want with your hosting.  Please reply to let me 
know how you would like to help out.
