Hi all -

You may be aware of this, but UCLA is phasing out hosting e-mail sent to
you at ucla.edu and you need to direct your e-mail to a e-mail host. UCLA
has made arrangements to use Google (g.ucla.edu) for e-mail using your
UCLA login ID. However, I attended a meeting yesterday where UCLA
recommends that you use Google only for "individual" use. For business
or work related use you should use a more confidential e-mail provider.
Some departments use UCLA Messaging. This is OK. Group hosted e-mail is
also OK.

Attached is a quick guide to how you can set your e-mail delivery
preferences. If an e-mail preference is not chosen by March 13, any
e-mail sent to you at ucla.edu will not be delivered.
