[IGPP Everyone] [EPSS Everyone] Geology Building - Duct Cleaning - August 7th through August 31st 2017

Hello Everyone at EPSS,



The Department of Design and Project Management will be performing duct cleaning services in the Geology Building between the hours of 5pm and 6am starting on Monday, August 7th - ending on Thursday, August 31st, 2017.  I am trying to get in touch with the project manager to obtain additional information regarding the impact and scope of the project.  In the meantime, please consider that the cleaning crews may enter your rooms.  Keep all sensitive and personal items locked away.  Keep laptops and other electronic devices secure.  If you have any equipment that needs to be covered before the work begins, please leave instructions posted on the door to your rooms



As in the past, this work will kick up a bit of dust particles from the air supply ducts for a few weeks.  Please bear with us through the process.



I will send out additional information when it is received.
