Hello Albert J. Courey,

I hope your Fall Quarter is going well!
The UCLA LGBT Campus Resource Center is currently considering a name change, to potentially better serve and represent the LGBTQ+ undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, staff and alumni populations. This survey aims to collect opinions of the campus community and receive feedback on the names that are being considered. We are hoping you can forward this email to other members to receive their input.

Participation in this survey is voluntary, and your information/opinions will not be shared outside the LGBT CRC. At the end of the survey, you will also be asked if you'd be interested in taking part in future focus groups to discuss the name change in detail. If you are interested, you will be asked for your e-mail address for us to reach out to you for further information.
