UCPath Implementation Project

The UCLA UCPath project is fully underway and is scheduled to launch in September (with the first monthly paycheck in UCPath on October 1; and first biweekly paycheck on October 3).  Once implemented, faculty and staff will have access to the new UCPath Center, the system-wide dedicated customer service unit, and the new UCPath Portal, where employees will have the ability to view payroll information, update personal information, sign up for direct deposit, view and enroll in benefits, view vacation and sick leave balances, and more.

To provide employees with more information on what they can expect when UCLA launches UCPath, employees are invited to join us at the UCLA UCPath Roadshow.  The Roadshows are a series of sessions designed to provide all UCLA employees with more information about the new HR and Payroll system. They will learn more about:


*         What's changing with UCPath (including changes to the paycheck), and what's staying the same

*         Sneak Peek of the UCPath Portal

*         How and when to use the UCPath Center

*         What to do to prepare for the UCPath implementation

The initial campus-wide sessions kick-off in mid-June with three (3) sessions currently scheduled.  Additional sessions will be added based upon attendance and interest.  Please note that these sessions are optional.
